Each of our charters comes with an experienced crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and simple snacks and refreshments. The specifics included vary depending on the type of service — for example, our evening cruise experiences offer premium refreshments and light bites, whereas our business charters provide amenities for meetings and tailored catering options.

We advise securing a reservation 2–3 weeks ahead of time, particularly during the busy season, which is between May and September. To guarantee availability and ample time for personalization, reservations for corporate gatherings and private functions should be made 4–6 weeks in advance.

Our foremost concern is safety. Should our captain judge the weather unsuitable for sailing, we will propose an alternate date for your cruise or provide a full reimbursement. We keep an eye on the weather forecasts and will get in touch with you 24 hours beforehand if the forecast seems uncertain.

Certainly, guests are allowed to supply their own food items and beverages. Nonetheless, we also have exceptional provisioning services and are able to tailor menus according to your preferences. Take note, for safety purposes, glass containers are prohibited on the vessel.

For cancellations done with more than 72 hours' notice before departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, excluding cases of poor weather or mechanical problems on our end.
